Leadership
Founder and Managing Partner
Jason Whiteley is the Founder and Managing Partner of Valka Industrial and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TriArch Industrial Group. He is also the founder of Batson Prairie Capital, an independent sponsor investing in industrial services, construction and government services businesses since 2019.
Previously, Mr. Whiteley was a partner in the Private Equity Group at DLA Piper, practicing in Houston, New York and Prague, and earlier practiced private equity and energy transactions at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Kirkland & Ellis in London, Houston and Washington, D.C. He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Army, including service in Baghdad, following his graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He holds a J.D. and an M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
